Gemsouls Inc (“Gemsouls”, “we”, “us” and/or “our”) operates the website www.gemsouls.com and its subdomains (the “Website”), the Gemsouls mobile applications (the “Apps”) and other related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Gemsouls and how we use it.

We care about the protection and confidentiality of your data. We therefore only process your data to the extent that:

  • It is necessary to provide the Gemsouls services you are requesting,

We will never sell your personal data or conversation history.

By using or accessing Gemsouls, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you at this moment consent that we will collect, use, and share your information in the following ways.

1. Information we collect and process

Here we list all the types of personal information we collect and store throughout your experience with Gemsouls.

We neither rent nor sell your information to anyone. Conversations are not shared with any other company or service. We will never sell your personal data.

1.1 Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, gender. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

1.2 Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

1.3 Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. 3. How we secure and protect your information

 

We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

  • Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

  • We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 

4. Where we store your data

Our databases are operated in the United States of America. If you are located in another jurisdiction, please be aware that the information you provide to us may be transferred to, stored and processed in the U.S.A. 7. Use by minors

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
