Who Are We
Gemsouls is re-imagining the next generation of social networks, where the virtual world and real world meet.
We create AI-enabled virtual beings, who can interact with humans on multiple dimensions including text, voice, group chats, and more. We believe that virtual beings and humans together can create a better social experience where everyone is allowed to be their best true or imagined self.
Our founding team consists of AI geeks, business nerds, creative minds, all in all a bunch of interesting souls and one very cute puppy (employee #12).
💌Creative Management
Who are we looking for:
💎 A creative soul who finds inexplicable excitement in this great experiment of blending art and science to create AI-enabled virtual beings. 3-5 years of education/experience in creative writing is required. Tech-savviness is a plus.
💎 An internet-native who just gets Gen-Z. Deep understanding of the latest pop culture trends, social media, and general content being consumed by Gen-Z is a must.
💎 An organized mind who knows how to wear many hats and coordinate a team of creators, with constantly evolving content requirements and needs (we are a fast-moving start-up after all!)
💎 An excellent editor with stellar copy-editing and communication skills to deliver high quality content; familiarity with G-suite is required
What you need to do:
👏🏻 Build out processes to manage and expand our creator network; support the team to scale and speed up content generation
👏🏻 Coordinate day-to-day communications with creators and help them understand feedback from users as well as product team
👏🏻 Plan and execute on a system to hire, on-board, and engage our creators including holding office hours, running town halls, sharing feedback, etc
👏🏻 Participate and drive some creative processes including original character planning, special events and content
This is a remote role, but PST time zone preferred.
